Data Deletion Instructions

Cyclize is operated by Alevated and The Marketing Pros. If you want to request deletion of personal data, connected-platform data, or account information associated with Cyclize, follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
Submit a deletion request through the Cyclize contact page. In your message, include:
- Your name and email address.
- Your company or agency name, if applicable.
- The brand, ad account, social account, or connected platform account related to the request.
- A brief description of the data you want deleted.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify that you are authorized to make it, and delete or de-identify applicable data unless we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, billing, platform-policy, or contractual reasons.
We may need to retain limited records showing that a deletion request was received and completed. If data came from a third-party platform such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or YouTube, you may also need to manage or delete data directly through that platform's own account settings.
Connected platform access
If your request relates to a connected third-party platform, we can disconnect the integration we manage for you and remove stored data that Cyclize controls. Revoking Cyclize's access does not delete data from the third-party platform itself.
